Caitlin Freeman
Caitlin Freeman is a professional autism service provider, familiar with the sensory needs of children, teens, and adults on the autism spectrum. In 2008, Caitlin completed her three-year certification in the Alexander Technique, a method of sensory integration and body awareness. She now works as an Alexander Technique instructor, teaching people on the autism spectrum to integrate touch, balance, and movement.

Together with Phil, Caitlin is currently working on several books that address the needs of people on the autism spectrum. Caitlin is an adult with Asperger Syndrome and a professional autism consultant, advocate, and speaker. She is skilled in understanding and communicating the needs of autistic people.
Phil Garrow
Phil Garrow is a Mechanical Engineer and Computer Consultant with over twenty years experience in mechanical design, architecture, and computer network administration. Together with Caitlin, he is the co-owner of SEO Pittsburgh, a Web Design company specializing in Organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Phil is also an accomplished author, having won prizes for fiction and drama writing. With Caitlin, he is currently working on several books that address the needs of people on the autism spectrum. Phil is also an adult with Asperger Syndrome. He is a professional autism advocate, autism consultant, and autism speaker. Phil is an active member of Pennsylvania autism community.
